Summary

As Videographer at Chards, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photography assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling and customer education.

This is a hands-on, creative role requiring strong filming, editing and photography skills, along with a solid understanding of how visual content drives engagement and conversion in e‑commerce and investment markets. You will work closely with the Marketing, E‑commerce and Purchasing teams to deliver content that is accurate, compliant and on-brand

A genuine interest in coins, bullion, economics, or financial markets is essential to be successful in this role.

What You’ll Do

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for website, email, social media and YouTube.
  • Produce product videos, educational explainers, brand storytelling and campaign-led content.
  • Manage the full video lifecycle: pre-production, filming, editing, revisions and final delivery.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.

Photography

  • Photograph products, people and behind-the-scenes content for digital and marketing use.
  • Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop to a professional, e‑commerce-ready standard.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all photography assets.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit video content using professional editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
  • Add graphics, captions, overlays and basic motion where appropriate.
  • Optimise video formats and exports for different platforms and channels.

Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and E‑commerce teams to understand product priorities, campaigns and timelines.
  • Support new product launches with coordinated video and photography assets.
  • Respond flexibly to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Asset Management & Workflow

  • Organise, store and maintain video and photography assets in a clear, structured system.
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets agreed briefs and objectives.
  • Proactively suggest content ideas and improvements based on performance and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Attention to Detail: High standards for accuracy, visual quality and brand consistency.
  • Organisation: Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and content formats.
  • Communication: Comfortable working collaboratively with non-creative teams.
