We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join the team and help grow our online presence across various social media platforms and drive traffic to our website.

About the Role:

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in growing our social media presence and engagement. You will be responsible for planning and producing compelling visual content that highlights our products and brand, driving increased traffic to our website. This role will be based at our Alton HQ with flexibility for remote working. Travelling to various events both in the UK and abroad may be a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by posting daily and responding promptly to comments and messages.
• Create and edit engaging videos, and imagery that resonate with our target audience and follow current trends to increase traffic to our website from our socials.
• Write compelling and engaging copy for posts, ads, and campaigns that drives interaction and growth.
• Increase relations and collaborations with industry-relevant social media influencers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and refine social media strategies.

· Analyse the success of recent social media posts, boosted posts and influencers, and use that information to further improve our social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large social media accounts (20k+ followers) and delivering measurable growth.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Expertise in photography and videography using professional cameras, with a knack for capturing high-quality product images, videos.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy for various platforms.

· Able to work well independently and within a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Due to our HQ being in a semi-rural location a full UK driving licence is essential.
• Current Passport holder.
• An automotive passion with a preference for motorcycles.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually appealing content.
• Bike knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

• Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

• Managing large social media accounts: 1 year (preferred)
• Motorcycles: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving License and Passport (preferred)
