About the Role

We are looking for an office-based Creative Content Creator to join our team at our Ilkeston premises. In this role, you’ll produce captivating videos and images for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns, while contributing to other office tasks.

This is a diverse role, and a professional approach is essential when interacting with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production:
• Create professional-quality videos using Final Cut Pro for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• Plan, film, and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand values.
• Graphic Design:
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design graphics for online and print use.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and appeal to our target audience.
• Content Creation:
• Write original, high-quality copy for blogs, social media, and website content (no AI-generated content).
• Keep our website up to date with fresh and engaging material that reflects our status as industry leaders.
• Customer Interaction & Team Support:
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist customers when needed.
• Welcome customers to the office and help with any inquiries they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in updating brochures and marketing materials.
• Contribute to the creation of weekly email marketing campaigns and other general marketing tasks.

What We’re Looking For

We understand you may not meet all our criteria, but the following skills and qualities are highly desirable:

• Essential Skills:
• Must be conversant in Apple technology and use be able to use Macs / IOS,
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in creating high-quality video content and graphic designs.
• Strong writing skills for crafting original and compelling content.
• A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to take on varied office duties, including customer-facing tasks.
• A proactive approach to gathering resources for creative projects.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

• Knowledge of SEO.
• Experience with WordPress and IT systems.
