We are now looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our growing team and help tell the PVL story.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Sales and colleagues across the business, you’ll support the delivery of PVL’s marketing strategy and a broad range of day-to-day marketing and communications activity.

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll work across digital marketing, content, communications, creative, CRM, events and sales support, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad and valuable range of marketing skills.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and creating content for PVL’s social media channels.
• Keeping the website content fresh, engaging and optimised for SEO.
• Creating written, visual and video content for digital channels, newsletters, case studies and customer communications.
• Taking and sourcing photography and visual content of PVL projects, products and people.
• Creating and adapting marketing and sales collateral using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Supporting exhibitions, events and sales activity with communications and marketing materials.
• Maintaining marketing activity calendars and ensuring agreed activity is delivered on time.
• Maintaining accurate CRM and marketing data as required.
• Ensuring consistent PVL branding and messaging across all marketing and communications.
• Monitoring marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve.
• Using AI tools intelligently and responsibly to support research, content creation, idea generation, editing and productivity.

About You

We’re looking for someone with around 18 months–3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role who is ready to develop their skills and take on more responsibility.

You’ll be:

• Creative, with a good eye for design and visual communication.
• A strong writer and confident communicator.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, flexible and keen to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware and interested in how marketing supports business growth.
• Comfortable using AI tools and curious about how emerging technology can improve marketing.
• Happy to get involved across a broad range of marketing activities.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, CMS platforms, SEO, social media, email marketing, photography or video would be advantageous.

What We Offer

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to develop your skills and take on additional responsibility as PVL’s marketing activity grows.

You’ll receive full training and a personal development plan, with opportunities to build experience across digital marketing, content, SEO, CRM, events, brand, communications, creative and AI-enabled marketing.

Pay: £36,000.00 per year
