Full job description

We are a Swedish bakery and café business with a bakery with 9 sites in Edinburgh, and a bakery and 2 sites in London. We offer authentic, high quality Swedish inspired food in friendly & relaxed Scandinavian inspired spaces.

Job Overview

Create engaging social media content that builds audience interest and supports clear, consistent communication across digital channels. You’ll plan and produce content that reflects the organisation’s concept and connects with its audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write and edit content for social media platforms, including captions, images and short-form video.
  • Plan and organise a content calendar, coordinating posts with relevant campaigns and updates.
  • Manage social media channels, monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages.
  • Work with colleagues to gather information and ensure content is accurate and on-brand.
  • Managing collaborations & giveaways.

Experience

  • Experience in social media management, including planning and publishing content, is required.
  • Photography & videography.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom & Premiere Pro.
  • Creativity, organisation and confidence using social media platforms are a must.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
