About Bryght

Bryght is a fast-growing event technology company delivering AV, LED video walls, gaming activations and immersive experiences for brands, exhibitions and corporate events across the UK.

We work on everything from exhibition stands at the NEC to brand activations, conferences and live events.

The Role

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Event Crew to join our team.

This is a varied, physical role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out on the road, setting up events, working with our tech team, and helping deliver high-quality experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving company vans to and from event locations across the UK
  • Loading and unloading equipment safely
  • Setting up and dismantling:
  • TVs and display screens
  • Event games and interactive equipment
  • Basic staging and furniture
  • Assisting technicians with:
  • LED video wall installations
  • AV equipment setup (training provided)
  • Ensuring equipment is handled with care and returned in good condition
  • Representing Bryght professionally on-site with clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Comfortable with physical work and long days when required
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work early mornings, late nights and occasional weekends
  • Team player with strong work ethic

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience in events, AV, staging or exhibitions
  • Experience driving larger vans
  • Basic technical understanding of AV equipment
