VX3 is a fast-growing performance sportswear brand powering athletes and teams.

We design and deliver technical apparel for training, competition, and identity - built to perform, and worn at the highest level.

The Role

The on‑site Videographer & Editor will become a key member of the in-house content production team. Based in Torbay, you’ll produce dynamic visual content that captures the energy and essence of:

  • Product launches
  • Club partnerships
  • Brand campaigns
  • Social content, athlete features, documentary films and behind‑the‑scenes storytelling

We’re not a corporate silo - you’ll have creative ownership and the ability to help shape VX3’s visual voice.

You’ll Thrive If You:

  • Have 3+ years' experience in shooting and editing content
  • You bring a cinematic eye to brand storytelling - sharp framing, dynamic movement, and purposeful editing. Content that looks like it belongs in a campaign, not just a feed
  • Tell stories with emotion, energy, clarity - far from generic B‑roll
  • Can edit quickly, creatively, and for multiple platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Have a strong visual eye-lighting, framing, sound
  • Work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Bonus: Sports, fashion, or youthful brand experience
