Sales Fuel are a performance marketing and sales consultancy agency operating at the forefront of customer demand generation. We offer bespoke marketing solutions tailored to our client’s outcomes so we can deliver precisely what they need, and high intent lead generation where our customers only pay for results, not promises. We are transforming the marketing of direct sales products in the digital space and due to recent growth we are seeking a Video Content Manager to drive our digital marketing performance and online visibility through various social channels.

About the Job Role

We're on the lookout for an energetic and creative video content creator to join our marketing team and shape our video marketing strategy to put Sales Fuel and associated brands on mediums such as YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram with quality video content to support our marketing and lead generation while increasing brand recognition.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our video plan for further growth and build a career with a community-focused brand that touches but is not limited to every aspect of modern technology for energy-saving factors and home improvement products. Your success will be measured by audience growth and engagement metrics - but we know this is a long and complicated project that needs specialist time and care and the successful candidate will work alongside our Head of Marketing, CRM and SEO team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about making video work and loves technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. They like to problem-solve, get hands-on, experiment and measure. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be driven, organised and attentive to detail.

Location: Brighouse, England with the option to WFH 2/3 days a week within reason and location filming from time to time.

What the ideal candidate has…

  • Excellent IT skills within the Microsoft package
  • Conceptual strength and affinity for branding
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills being able to get your point and vision across concisely and clearly
  • Proven ability to prioritise and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Project management skills
  • A Full UK Drivers license and own vehicle isn’t essential but would aid your application
  • A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Edit and publish video content
  • Create and implement a video content plan alongside the CRM and SEO team

  • Good interpersonal and social skills and the ability to work with a range of departments and customers
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Analysis and reporting of the video content
  • The ability to work to deadlines and be self-suffitient

What your day will look like

  • 9am - 5pm Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4pm Friday
  • Daily 10am meetings with the team to discuss the day/week and touch base (not always needed as we’re very much a ‘let’s just get on with it’ team.)
  • Create storylines for our videos and take them from idea to upload.
  • Working alongside the CRM and SEO team to research current trends
  • Building an engaged community, enhancing our brand presence with unique video content.
  • Ideate new video concepts for marketing and communications initiatives, working closely with other team members.

  • Help us build a scalable video program, researching tools and innovative solutions with the ultimate goal being lead generation from video content.
  • Make video scale by creating reels and videos for social media that are engaging for our audience, and on-brand.
  • Edit video content in formats that engage social media audiences, capturing the personality of our brand.
  • Ensure social media and SEO best practices are applied on video content.
  • Ensure appropriate video lifecycle management practices.
  • Participate in video and photo shoots, and provide input for storyboards and video scripts both in-house and on-site where needed.
