Full job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to help build the personal brand of our Managing Director on social platforms, thereby supporting our new venture, Capstone Academy. This role involves crafting and producing compelling content across video, social media, and digital channels. You will work closely with the MD, attend events, and capture content that authentically engages audiences. Candidates should be skilled in video editing and storytelling to create content that resonates and drives engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Video Production & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Event Coverage: Attend events with the MD to capture live content and moments for branding.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration: Work with our ad agency on content ideas and execution, translating their strategies into visually engaging materials.
  • Social Media Management: Develop posts for social media platforms, ensure brand consistency, and engage with followers as needed.
  • Content Archive Management: Organise, archive, and manage multimedia files to ensure timely publication.
  • Independent Content Ideation: Potentially contribute new content ideas in line with the MD's brand and goals for Capstone Academy.
  • Content Repurposing: Transform existing content into new formats (e.g., create carousels from reels) to maximise engagement across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in videography, editing, and digital content creation, ideally in a branding or personal brand context.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software.
  • A background in social media management and content production.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
