Video Editor Surveillance (Data Technician)

The Role:

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented data technician to process, edit and manage evidence gathered during covert surveillance operations. In this role, you will transform raw footage into court-ready evidence while ensuring full compliance with our Code of Conduct, legal standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Evidence Preparation: Review, edit, and blur/anonymise covert surveillance footage; and technical safeguards; export court-ready video files.
  • Case Management: Intake, process, and upload field evidence; maintain meticulous records on our bespoke case management system.
  • Client & Team Liaison: Act as a clear, professional point of contact via phone and email for operatives, colleagues, legal panels and insurer clients.
  • Workload Management: Proactively manage your caseload to consistently hit SLA deadlines and maintain high accuracy.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong IT proficiency , exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and a team player who exhibits positive behaviours with clients and peers.
  • Willingness to adapt hours to business needs, authorised overtime is regularly available
  • Office based in Tewkesbury (Hybrid available once proficient)

Desirable:
