Klipspringer are looking for an energetic and talented Video Producer based at our Ipswich Head Office, to plan, create, and deliver high-quality video content that supports our marketing strategy. Working closely with the Content Manager and wider marketing team, the right candidate will bring technical expertise, creative flair, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of video production.
What your typical week will look like:
- Producing high-quality video content for the company’s website, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
- Managing the entire video production process, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Creating tutorial and help-guide videos to expand Klipspringer’s content library.
- Collaborating with the Graphic Designer to develop and enhance video toolkit assets.
- Tracking and reporting video performance metrics such as views, engagement, and leads.
- Researching and implementing the latest trends and techniques in video production to maintain industry-leading standards.
- Ensuring all video content aligns with Klipspringer’s branding and messaging guidelines.
- Driving forward the company’s 'They Ask You Answer' inbound content strategy.
- Supporting the wider marketing team with additional responsibilities as required.
Educational and experiential background
A university degree or similar qualification in film studies or a related subject is essential. The candidate must have a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects. Previous experience in video production, ideally in a commercial or corporate setting, is required. Knowledge of photography techniques and familiarity with various camera, lighting, and audio equipment is desirable. A driving licence would be an advantage for off-site shoots.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
