The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative content creator to take responsibility for the creative output of our large portfolio of treatments. The role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes: Video & Photography, Producing/Editing, and advanced knowledge of AI apps that are used in videography as well as Copywriting ability.
It is an exciting time to join the company with expansion plans and further development of our medical grade aesthetic treatments, venturing into new areas.
What to expect:
This office-based role requires planning, creation and design editing skills and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the visual identity and visual content creation of the Brand. With a focus on photography and videography of events and the brands assets, you will enhance the online experience on YouTube, the website, TikTok and social media and plan out the brand video content for the wider portfolio.
You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable. A positive, strategic and problem-solving attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to drive creativity and top of the range visual content are all essential for this role.
Within this role you will also support the overall strategic focus of the digital platforms, all it's visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing on all digital and social media content and the strategy around it.
Responsibilities
As a Creative Content Producer your responsibilities will include:
- Photography and videography of experiential, social media and event videos
- YouTube channel development, knowledge of latest policies, keywords and followers’ growth tactics.
- Grow further our Vloggers relations to collaborate with our brand
- Working alongside the marketing team to set up a content & social media calendar and work on an overall brand video strategy
- Work on social media content and visuals
- Work with the broader Marketing Team on copywriting for brochures, website, blog, welcome handbooks, social media, following the brand tone of voice guidelines.
- Plan and organise photography and videography resources where needed on projects
- Assist photography and videography projects, including styling
- Post-production and editing of all photography and videography
- Uploading creative content onto the company’s website, YouTube and social media (Shorts, Reels, Stories, TikTok)
- Work collaboratively with other team members, video editors, designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
- Assist in Graphic Design projects, (events) posters and temporary signage for all residences
Experience and Skills
You must have/be able to:
- Minimum 3 years creative content production experience with evidence of success in your previous roles
- Deliver high-quality video, photography and designs that will present our Key Selling Points.
- Highly effective post-production and editing of video and photography
- Proficient in Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and desirable After Effects
- Experience in designing brand content for web, desktop and mobile.
- Ability to multitask several creative projects simultaneously
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Be a creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups, at all levels of business
- An excellent, creative and confident writer, with great attention to detail, correct use of grammar/spelling and punctuation

Qualifications
You must hold:
· Relevant Degree in Media and Communication or similar or equivalent experience in the creative field.
Salary Range: £23,500 to £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
Working hours: Office-based, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10.00 am until 6.00 pm).
