Project Manager (Creative Technology & Healthcare Communications)

AVT Connect is a creative technology and healthcare communications agency, dedicated to creating impactful content and connected experiences for healthcare brands teams, HCP’s and patients.

From content strategy through to tactical delivery, we fuse bold creative ideas with an ecosystem of technology to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

We are looking for Project Managers who can lead creatively, technically and logistically on a range of projects that may include video and studio shoots, in-person and virtual meetings, interactive educational and training modules including gamification, engaging sales aids that empower customer-facing teams, and immersive digital experiences that harness the power of AR, MR and VR.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Client Services team you will act as the project lead across a range of client accounts, overseeing the whole project workflow.

You will work across all phases of a project from pitch to delivery, ensuring that the appropriate level of resource is provided and communicated to the teams.

  • Attend client briefing and project kick off meetings.
  • Discuss creative and technical requirements of the project and advise on best practice, creation processes and multichannel outputs.
  • Lead the scoping of client briefs and work with digital and technical leads to identify appropriate solutions and how to best implement the requirements, whilst maximising client budgets and margins.
  • In Conjunction with our Digital, Technical and Creative teams create project plans and documentation that clearly sets out the scope of the project and associated timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet the client’s vision, needs and budget.
  • Create and manage budgets in conjunction with the Account Management team.
  • Control all aspects of the project management process to include: understanding the client's objectives, vision and output, leading internal briefing sessions, creating and allocating task lists, producing detailed budgets and timelines, holding daily catch ups and weekly production meetings, managing and communicating schedules, and creating job sheets for crew and talent.
  • Work with internal teams to produce new creative ideas and concepts for clients.
  • Oversee the quality assurance and compliance processes in both planning and delivery phases of the project.
  • Manage supplier arrangements including negotiation of favourable terms and ensuring all quality and delivery standards are met.
  • All other duties appropriate to the role.

Personal specification:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a digital marketing / content agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross functional team members.
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities and a track record of successful project execution.
  • Effective planner and ability to execute complex workflows, managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Educational background in Life Sciences would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confident in liaising with clients and associated stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
