We are now looking for a Content Manager to lead and inspire a small team of content creators. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who is ready to step up, shape content strategies, and drive excellence in our media and digital marketing efforts.

The Role…

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content for the company’s lead generation and insurance platforms including but not limited to Articles, Video Ad Scripts, Video Production Scripts, Website content, Brand PDF Documentation. This role will also involve analysing content performance to understand what resonates best with the target audience, making data-driven adjustments to optimise engagement.

The Content Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s vision and supports overall marketing objectives. If you are passionate about content, driven by results, and ready to mentor a creative team, we want to hear from you.

Content Manager key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for various digital platforms, including webpage copy, advertising sales copy, email campaigns, social media ads, and video ad scripts either for third parties to read from or to help the video production team get the content required on shoot location.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly review content performance metrics to understand engagement levels, conversion rates, and advertising impact. Use insights to refine and adapt content strategies for better results.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and style guidelines, creating a cohesive experience across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing team and video production team to develop content that supports campaigns and appeals to the target audience.
  • Optimisation: Use A/B testing and other analysis tools to experiment with content types, formats, and calls-to-action, optimising content for higher engagement and lead generation.
  • Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and audience preferences to inform content planning and ensure relevance.

Content Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Creator, or similar role in digital marketing or lead generation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Proficiency with any content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with advertising sales copy.
  • Experience in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and understanding of how content supports marketing funnels is a plus.

Content Manager preferred Experience:

  • Experience in A/B testing and content optimisation for different audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create or modify visuals if needed.
  • Background in analysing audience insights to shape future content strategies.
