We are a hungry, ambitious and rapidly growing estate agency operating across the Midlands. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for a talented Photographer & Videographer to join our growing marketing team and help bring our properties, people and brand to life.

With multiple branches across the Midlands and further expansion on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business with big ambitions and plenty of room to grow.

The Role

Based around the Lichfield / Burton-on-Trent area, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality photography and video content across our branches, showcasing properties at their best and creating engaging visual content for our marketing channels.

You’ll play an important role in how the business presents itself to the market, combining technical expertise with creativity to produce content that stands out.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph residential properties to a consistently high standard.
• Film and edit property videos, walkthroughs and promotional content.
• Capture aerial photography and video using drones.
• Produce accurate, professional property floorplans.
• Ensure all visual content meets our brand standards and is delivered within agreed timescales.
• Work closely with the marketing team and branch staff to plan and deliver content.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve our property marketing and social media presence.
• Travel between branches and property locations as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is creative, motivated and passionate about producing exceptional visual content.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven photography and videography experience, preferably within property or estate agency marketing.
• Strong photo and video editing skills.
• A valid, relevant drone qualification and the ability to capture professional aerial content.
• Experience producing accurate property floorplans.
• Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload independently.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
• A proactive attitude, plenty of ideas and the ambition to keep improving.
