WANTED: Senior Motion Graphics & Video Editor (AI-Powered & Campaign-Crushing)

THE MISSION

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Motion Graphics and Video Editor who can bring the heat across digital campaigns, social ads, websites, and more. You’ll be the force behind our most powerful visual content, turning creative briefs into bold, beautiful, and performance-driven video assets.

Your work won’t just “look good.” It will convert, compel, and move audiences to action. You’ll use AI tools (yes, we’re in the future) for character animation, voiceovers, and supercharged workflows. All while collaborating with top-tier creatives and marketing teams on campaigns that make a measurable impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Execution & Delivery

• Develop storyboards and visual narratives that bring ideas to life
• Edit and produce jaw-dropping video content and motion graphics for digital channels
• Use cutting-edge AI tools to speed up production and enhance output (think ElevenLabs, Runway, Pika)
• Design 2D/3D motion graphics that elevate brand storytelling
• Own the polish: transitions, animations, voiceovers, and sound design that wow

Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Team up with our Creative Director, Art Director, and Account teams to execute brilliant concepts
• Be a vocal, strategic contributor in brainstorms and reviews
• Present and defend your creative decisions internally and to clients
• Deliver work that meets our high creative standards every time

Post-Production & Quality Control

• Own post workflows, from sound and color to final rendering
• Optimize assets for social, web, ads, and other digital platforms
• Run tight QC to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence
• Stay on top of the latest AI and video trends and push boundaries

WHAT YOU BRING

• A killer portfolio showing motion graphics, animation, and editorial wizardry
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI creative tools
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and design
• Pro-level experience with tools like Adobe Character Animator, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.
• Deadline slayer. Creative problem-solver. Detail obsessive
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator

TECH & SETUP

• Fast, reliable internet (plus a backup)
• Quiet, focused workspace
• A beast of a workstation that can handle high-res renders without breaking a sweat

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE…

• 3D animation, character rigging, or generative media skills
• Experience working in digital marketing or performance campaigns
• Up-to-date knowledge of social video trends and platform specs
• Previous agency experience
• Degree in Graphic Design, B.F.A., or equivalent professional training

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
