Full job description
This placement is only available to candidates who are currently studying for an Undergraduate Degree.
Are you studying film or television production, digital video or media production, maybe you have an interest in digital learning design and you’re looking to gain some industry experience? Then we’re looking for you! You could work within our CLAAS Academy who provide training for our dealer network and customers. You will be responsible for leading significant projects within our Academy and working within the Training Development team on further developing our digital training approach.
Main Duties
- Create Digital Media resources (film, animation, digital learning content) using diverse media equipment to enhance industry-leading training delivery.
- Collaborate with the training team on various digital media projects from conception to completion using dedicated tools such Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Elucidat.
- Support live studio sessions including audio and video equipment in our in-house green screen facilities.
- Shared responsibility for equipment and resources as well as research of purchases required by the department for future development .
- Ensure corporate brand guidelines are followed.
- Skill-sharing sessions together with our training team.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communicator with good organisational skills.
- A creative flare and innovative thinker.
- Interest in any of the areas of photography, videography, postproduction or digital learning design.
- Practical experience with filming equipment as well as video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
Hours of Work
Based at our Head Office in Saxham, Bury St Edmunds, you will be required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus additional hours according to the business requirements.
This placement will be for a 12-15 month period, commencing in July 2025.
