Digital Marketing & Creative Content Manager

Abode Estate Agents is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Content Manager to join our growing team.

We are an established, forward-thinking estate agency operating across Staffordshire and Derbyshire, specialising in residential sales, lettings, new homes and premium property marketing.

We are looking for someone with the creativity, qualifications and technical expertise to take ownership of our digital presence, develop our social media platforms and produce exceptional marketing content that sets us apart from the competition.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys combining graphic design, video production, social media and digital marketing in a varied, hands-on role.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Abode's online marketing, including:

Social Media Management

• Managing our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
• Developing and implementing a structured social media content strategy.
• Creating engaging posts, stories, reels and advertising campaigns.
• Growing our online following and increasing customer engagement.
• Planning and scheduling content across all social media platforms.
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Website Management

• Managing and updating the Abode website.
• Ensuring website content, imagery and property information remain current and professional.
• Improving website visibility through SEO and digital marketing techniques.
• Creating landing pages and promotional content to generate new business enquiries.
• Working alongside external website developers where necessary.

Graphic Design & Creative Marketing

• Designing high-quality social media graphics and digital advertisements.
• Creating marketing campaigns for properties, new developments and company promotions.
• Producing brochures, promotional material and branded marketing content.
• Maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all platforms.
• Developing creative new ideas to strengthen the Abode brand.

Video Production & Editing

• Creating and editing professional property marketing videos.
• Producing Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and promotional content.
• Editing property footage, photographs and drone videos.
• Adding graphics, captions, transitions, music and company branding.
• Producing engaging video content featuring our properties, people and local communities.

Online Property Marketing

• Working closely with our sales, lettings and new homes teams to promote available properties.
• Creating targeted campaigns to generate property valuations and buyer enquiries.
• Developing innovative marketing ideas to increase property exposure.
• Supporting the promotion of luxury homes, new-build developments and land opportunities.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:

• A relevant qualification in graphic design, digital marketing, media production or a related subject.
• Proven professional experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong graphic design skills, supported by examples of previous work.
• Demonstrable experience in video creation, production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or equivalent professional software.
• Experience maintaining and updating websites.
• A sound understanding of social media advertising, SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Creative flair, enthusiasm and the confidence to introduce new ideas.

Experience within estate agency, property marketing or the luxury property sector would be advantageous, although not essential.

Applicants must be able to provide a portfolio demonstrating their previous design, social media and video production work.

We are not simply looking for someone to post photographs of houses on social media.

We want a creative, commercially minded individual who understands how to build an engaging brand, produce outstanding visual content and convert online attention into genuine business opportunities.

You will be proactive, organised and capable of managing your own workload, while working closely with our established team.

Salary & Working Hours

Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire (working from office)
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 24 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £18.50
Weekly Salary: £444.00
Annual Salary: £23,088
Working Pattern: Flexible, to be agreed all in office at Uttoxeter.

Salary is based on 52 paid weeks per year, before statutory deductions.
