We’re on the hunt for a creative, driven, and detail-obsessed Social Media Assistant to join a high-performing team supporting a female content creator with a global fanbase.

The creator is a prominent figure on OnlyFans, but let’s be clear from the start: you’ll have no direct involvement with OnlyFans content. However, due to the nature of the brand, you’ll need to be comfortable working within the wider context of adult-adjacent content and marketing.

With 1M+ followers on Instagram and 500K+ on TikTok, plus a fast-growing presence across Reddit, Snapchat, X, and beyond, this is an exciting opportunity to help elevate a powerful personal brand even further. You’ll play a key role in shaping content strategy, increasing visibility, and boosting engagement, while also supporting content trips, both UK-based and internationally (so flexibility is essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend content days and trips to support with behind-the-scenes logistics, photography, and videography.
• Schedule and optimise content across platforms using scheduling tools.
• Track engagement and performance, offering data-driven insights.
• Keep content organised, up-to-date, and securely stored.
• Stay on top of trends and recommend fresh ideas to boost growth.
• Research new platforms, strategies, and partnership opportunities.
• Source and pitch to media outlets, publications, and brands for collaborations.
• Edit short-form content for social platforms while staying true to the brand’s visual identity.
• Contribute to creative planning and brainstorm new content ideas.
• Tackle a variety of day-to-day social media tasks to support growth and engagement.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced in or deeply passionate about social media.
• Creative with a sharp eye for lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Analytical, able to review metrics and adapt strategies effectively.
• Discreet and professional given the nature of the role.
• Flexible with availability and open to UK or international travel.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• A background in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
• Basic SEO knowledge and how it applies to content strategy.
• An understanding of the OnlyFans landscape and how to direct traffic effectively.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools.

The role is initially offered part-time (amount of hours negotiable), with the potential to grow into a full-time position quickly for the right candidate.
