Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for storytelling through visual media and have a keen eye for detail. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content that resonates with our clients audience's with a strong focus on engaging, high impact, scroll stopping social media content.
This role requires proficiency in various editing software and an understanding of the latest trends in video production. Final Cut and use of Sony cameras experence is required.
Duties
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the vision of the production team. An experienced editor that can produce multiple social media assets each day is required.
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and also Final Cut, to create high-quality video content.
- Incorporate graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance the overall viewing experience.
- Maintain an organised library of video assets and ensure all files are properly archived on our company servers and data storage
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills and output quality. A good understanding of social media, trends and understanding of clients tone of voice, branding and content pillars is crucial to create the relevant assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator for graphic design integration.
- Experience in photography and videography is advantageous for capturing high-quality visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset to enhance storytelling through video.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills to manage various projects effectively.

Travel
At times our creative agency will be travelling internationally for certain bookings and client work, this may require an editor to travel with the team to locations like New York, Miami, Dubai, China, France and Italy. Flexibillity on this would be appropriate for the role.
Due to the nature of our location and some travel for certain work, a full UK drivers licence is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
