Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly
• Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Help with inventory management by checking supplies, restocking ingredients, and notifying supervisors of shortages
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service shifts

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation or a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Basic cooking skills with knowledge of meal preparation techniques
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen
