Full job description

Sales & Customer Care Assistant, Pitcrocknie Village, Alyth

Part Time – Wednesday to Saturday

Glenisla Developments Ltd are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Pitcrocknie Village in Alyth.

This is a part-time, site-based role working closely with our existing sales lead, supporting customers from their initial reservation through to handover of their new home.

We are a small, family-focused housebuilder with a strong reputation for quality homes and honest customer relationships. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and can provide a calm and professional customer experience throughout the buying journey.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Be based at our development in Alyth Wednesday through to Saturday
  • Support customers through the reservation and choices process
  • Assist with customer upgrades and specification selections
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain customer records
  • Liaise closely with site management and office staff
  • Help prepare homes for customer handovers
  • Maintain presentation standards within the sales area and development
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and purchasers

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for a high-pressure salesperson.

Instead, we are looking for someone who:

  • Is approachable, personable and professional
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills
  • Works well as part of a close-knit team
  • Is confident dealing with customers face-to-face
  • Has good administrative and computer skills
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service

Experience within estate agency, property sales, hospitality, customer care or new homes would be beneficial, although attitude and personality are more important than direct industry experience.

About Glenisla Developments

We pride ourselves on maintaining a straightforward and honest approach with customers, delivering homes with carefully considered specifications and a strong emphasis on quality and customer experience.

To apply, please send your CV and a short covering note outlining your experience and suitability for the role.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
