Plus Talk The Home Of Common Sense, hosting Jeremy Kyle and Julia Hartley-Brewer.

The Team: We are the News Broadcasting Marketing team, dedicated to building campaigns, creativity, media planning and growing our broadcasting brands - including talkSPORT, Virgin Radio and Talk.

Your Role: As CRM Executive, reporting to the CRM Lead, you will work across our popular and dedicated radio brands - talkSPORT and Virgin Radio, plus Talk. Supporting the wider team, you will be responsible for building engagement plans that drive acquisition for our online competitions business, driving core revenue targets. You will have access to cutting edge data and marketing technology to engage with customers on a personalised cycle and build audiences. You will also be responsible for driving players for talkSPORT’s new free-to-play game, launching in 2026, building engagement from our listeners and pointing towards our betting brand, talkSPORT BET. Lastly, you will also support the CRM Lead on wider campaigns that drive engagement for our other radio brands, Virgin Radio and Talk.

Day to day you will:

  • Support on comms to drive acquisition and retention of our new online competitions website, driving core revenue targets.

  • Support with comms on our brands event calendar with key tentpole moments in sport, news and entertainment.

  • Build and drive players to our new talkSPORT free-to-play game

  • Support campaigns and initiatives to recruit into News Broadcasting's in house audience panel, The Dugout.

  • Work collaboratively with Data and Insight on customer centric data projects.

  • Supporting wider Betting and Gaming initiatives to drive talkSPORT audiences into our betting brand, talkSPORT BET

  • Support wider campaigns to build engagement from our talkSPORT, Virgin Radio and Talk listeners

  • Build and manage CRM campaigns utilising Adobe, CDP’s and other CRM tools.



What we’re looking for from you:

  • Technical Proficiency: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with an ESP or Marketing Automation platform (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Data Logic: A strong understanding of relational databases, audience segment building and logic required for journey orchestration.

  • Attention to Detail: High standards for QA and testing

  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate technical CRM concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Agility: You can pivot at pace and remain focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple technical deliverables.
