The Role

We're looking for a remote-based Development Coach to join us who has the passion and expertise to guide the next generation of leaders and managers. If you have previous experience of delivering Apprenticeships, love coaching, thrive on making a real impact, and want to work in a values-driven, future-focused organisation, this could be the role for you.


As a Development Coach, you'll:

  • Deliver Leadership, Management, Coaching & Improvement apprenticeships up to Level 5, through engaging, virtual sessions.
  • Inspire and support a caseload of up to 46 learners across a wide range of clients, tailoring your coaching to every individual.
  • Champion innovation including the smart use of AI and digital tools to elevate the learner experience.
  • Play an active role in quality assurance and peer collaboration, helping us set the standard in our industry.
  • Ensure compliance with DfE funding, Ofsted and safeguarding regulations, keeping learners safe and supported at every step.
  • Bring curiosity and industry insight to your work, keeping our approach fresh and cutting-edge.


What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's not only qualified but also energised by the idea of shaping the leaders of tomorrow. You'll need:


Essential

  • Leadership & Management qualification at Level 5
  • Assessor award (D32/D33, A1 or TAQA)
  • Functional Skills Level 2 (English & Maths)
  • Experience delivering Leadership and Management or Improvement apprenticeship standards (ideally Levels 3-5)
  • At least 3 years' management experience in industry
  • Experience supporting learners through EPA and Functional Skills
  • Solid safeguarding knowledge


Desirable

  • Coaching qualification at Level 5
