We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our in-house Creative Team, helping bring our products and brand to life through high-quality video, motion, and multimedia content.

This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on modern content creation and scalable workflows. You’ll own the development and delivery of multimedia assets from concept through to execution, while also playing a key role in evolving how the team works, embedding AI tools and smarter production approaches to improve speed, consistency, and impact across the team.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for storytelling and execution, combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for high-quality, purposeful design.

What you will be doing:

  • Producing and editing high-quality video and motion content across training, marketing, and product launches.
  • Developing ideas from concept and storyboard through to final delivery.
  • Creating engaging short-form content optimised for digital and social channels.
  • Capturing content where needed (e.g. events, webinars).
  • Managing and maintaining a scalable, well-organised multimedia asset library.
  • Supporting the wider creative team across campaigns and day-to-day delivery, working closely with cross-functional departments.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs.
  • Adapting content efficiently across multiple formats and channels.
  • Embedding AI-driven workflows to improve production speed, iteration, and scalability.
  • Identifying and introducing smarter tools or processes to enhance creative output and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong video editing and motion design skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects), with confidence across tools.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, on-brand multimedia content, particularly short-form video.
  • Comfortable owning projects from concept through to final delivery.
  • Confident filming and producing content when required.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with a clear sense of pacing, structure, and audience engagement.
  • High attention to detail and consistently strong creative standards.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to problem-solve and work independently where needed.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how content supports wider business goals.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with non-creative stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI to enhance creative workflows and output.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with the confidence to introduce and adopt new ways of working.
  • Sound judgement on when to use (and not use) AI within a brand-led environment.

Qualifications:

  • BA qualified in design (or related) or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite & AI multimedia production competence

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Bereavement leave

  • Discounted or free food
  • Enhanced maternity leave
  • Enhanced paternity leave
  • Free flu jabs
  • Life insurance
  • On-site parking
  • Private medical insurance
  • Sick pay
