JOB TITLE: Studio Manager/Video creator

REPORTING TO: Marketing Manager

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Studio Manager & Video Editor to manage the day-to-day operations of our photography studio workflow and produce high quality videos of our stock.

This role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and operationally organised, confident to produce market leading photography and video.

You will play a key role in maintaining the studio environment, supporting content production, producing and editing high quality, engaging video content that reflects our brand and supports our creative projects within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the space is organised, maintained and production-ready
  • Oversee studio scheduling and preparation
  • Oversee our photography staff
  • Film and capture high-quality video content when required, including promotional material
  • Edit professional video content for marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Manage the full video production workflow from footage organisation to final delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues relating to filming equipment, lighting, audio or editing systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality content and productions
  • Ensure the studio environment remains professional, safe and efficient for all users

About You

· Proven experience in photography, video editing and content production

· Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups and audio recording

· Highly organised with the ability to manage studio schedules and multiple projects

· Comfortable working in a hands-on studio environment

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production standards

· Creative mindset with an interest in media, entertainment or digital content production
