Digital Video and Motion Graphics Editor – Sport

The Package

Salary: £40k + (dependant on experience)

Location: our office is in Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1AH

Leave: 22 days + public holidays + your birthday off

Pension: Workplace Pension Scheme

Training: Budget available for external training/upskilling

Equipment: Provided

Hours: 40 per week, flexible, some weekends

This is a Full Time, PAYE role, with hybrid/flexible working - we would need you in our Fareham office 1-2 days per week, with the other days working from home.

The Opportunity

To join our team as a highly skilled and experienced full-time Sport video and graphics editor who can produce video content to a premium standard (using media in many formats, an expert in Adobe CC, creating original concepts and content daily) and is ready to make an impact in a digital first business.

We are looking for a video and graphics editor to join our team, who enjoys producing brilliant content and wants to contribute to our ongoing development.

You’ll be working with some of the finest athletes and sports producers in the UK.

Our clients give us creative freedom to generate ideas and bring them to life in film and graphics.

You’ll need to edit content in-line with our high standards, our client’s brief and often tight deadlines- you have the ability to edit a range of videos such as the following:

Our ideal candidate is a professional, advanced level, sports video editor with exceptional graphics skills, who is digitally progressive, creative, innovative, passionate about sport and is keen to influence others and develop themselves.

The Role

- To Edit (Premiere Pro) and build graphics (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to an advanced and premium standard (with at least 3 years of professional industry experience)

- To be experienced in a selection of editing styles, for a variety of digital platforms

- Have advanced skills in Adobe CC (Prem, AE, PS, Illustrator)

- Initialise concepts and contribute to all projects

- Creative freedom throughout the production process...from concept to delivery

- Keen to lead on projects and inspire other members of the team

- Experience of work in professional sports environments and producing sports features

- Accountable for quality control of content

- Experience as a camera operator a bonus, but not essential
