Role: Salesforce Developer

Type: Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic IT team, As a Salesforce developer, you will be joining us to optimize our Salesforce environment to enhance business operations and improve user experience

Key Requirements:

· At least 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Environment.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.

· Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex Classes.

· Maintaining Salesforce best practises and coding standards

· Sharing knowledge and collaborating with all other members of the Salesforce team

· Designing, building, and configuring applications that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained.

· Knowledge of declarative configuration, custom settings, and custom metadata types.

· Experience using tools like JIRA and Slack

· Experience with development tools such as Git, Copado, Visual Studio and Developer console.

· Debug and troubleshoot issues in the Salesforce platform, providing timely resolutions.

· Analysing organizational capabilities to suggest process and performance improvement.

· Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and suggest new features and enhancements to improve functionality.

· Participate in daily SCRUM sessions as an agile team member.

Desirable

· Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory. (Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer) are a plus.

· Proficiency in declarative configuration and customization using Salesforce's point-and-Click tools, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
