The Role

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will learn every aspect of the lettings process while working alongside an experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
  • Matching applicants with suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Assisting with tenancy negotiations and agreements
  • Marketing properties across leading online portals and social media
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Supporting local business development and canvassing activities
  • Learning current property legislation and compliance requirements
