[We Are NOT Looking For...]

• Traditional "Nanny" Agents: If your instinct is to endlessly pander to landlords and handle every trivial errand rather than guiding them to adopt our system protocols, this role isn't for you.
• The "I Forgot" Type: We do not accept "I forgot to ask the landlord to activate the system" as an excuse. In our ecosystem, an unactivated property is a worthless asset.

[Your Role & The Mission] As a Business Development Representative, you will aggressively drive landlord acquisition, strictly enforce our digital workflows, and build lasting, profitable relationships. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Acquisition: Execute our core growth strategies to secure new property listings. This includes leveraging loss-leader tools (like highly competitive CP12/EICR compliance certificates), utilizing targeted lead magnets such as renter's bill countermeasures on platforms like Xiaohongshu, and actively directing prospects to our property valuation solutions.
• System Enforcement: Guarantee a 100% activation rate on the LandlordsHome terminal. You must possess the assertiveness to manage landlord expectations, ensure smooth portfolio integration, and enforce our standardized digital workflow.
• Bilingual Dominance: Seamlessly navigate complex negotiations and cultivate trust-based relationships in Mandarin, while strictly auditing UK compliance systems and procedures in English.
• Compliance & Education: Ensure all new properties comply with legal, safety, and operational standards. Educate landlords on industry regulations, market expectations, and our 0% commission model.
• Revenue Growth: Contribute directly to portfolio growth targets by consistently closing deals, providing market insights, and gathering landlord feedback to optimize pricing and marketing strategies.

[What We’re Looking For]

• Proven experience in property sales, lettings, business development, or aggressive account management.
• An entrepreneurial "hunter" spirit with a highly self-motivated, results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with absolute confidence in closing deals and managing expectations.
• The ability to explore new sourcing channels and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

[Compensation, Benefits & Visa Sponsorship]

• Salary: £35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Commission.
• The Platform: Access to an established brand, comprehensive proptech tools, and the autonomy to execute our acquisition strategy.
• Visa Sponsorship: Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is available. Important: Sponsorship is strictly contingent upon successfully passing a 3-month probation period and hitting precise "System Activation" KPIs. We invest in top talent who can tangibly execute our operational model.
• Performance Targets: Career advancement and visa stability are directly tied to the volume of actively managed—not merely listed—properties.
