We install and maintain life safety equipment such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and extinguishers.

Based in Nottingham, we are currently looking to strengthen our team and are recruiting for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join us.

This position is to assist the Service Department in day-to-day general administrative duties.

Task & Training Details:

Scheduling maintenance visits

Answering calls and dealing with telephone queries

Inputting account information to CRM package

General administration duties

Uploading documentation to supplier portals

Dealing with customer emails

Upon completion of this Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent position and career progression opportunities will be available.

Training and support will be provided by our specialist Apprenticeship training provider, Smart Training & Recruitment.

IMPORTANT: in order to meet the eligibility criteria for an Apprenticeship in England, you must be able to demonstrate at least three years UK residency, or hold a valid visa that meets the exceptions to this rule.
