  • Support image selection, content planning, and digital storytelling for luxury fashion products.

Social Media

  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities relevant to luxury fashion.

Customer Support

  • Support online customer service, including order queries, return requests, exchanges, product enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure customer communication remains professional, helpful, and aligned with the Piazza Castello brand.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track campaign performance across website, email, social, paid ads, and CRM channels.
  • Prepare simple reports and suggest improvements based on data, customer behaviour, and campaign results.

  • Experience working with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform is highly desirable
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo or similar marketing platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write polished, refined, and commercially effective content
  • Good understanding of luxury brand communication and visual presentation
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product information, imagery, pricing, copy, and campaign assets
  • Comfortable reviewing campaign performance and making practical recommendations
