Marketing Manager

Up to £65,000.00 per Annum (Dependent on Experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join Bocconcino Restaurant Management Team on a Full Time Permanent basis, in taking our Restaurant Brand to the next level and promoting our Restaurant Brand through various medias both traditional and digital to new heights.

We are looking for a creative person who can think outside the box, create new promotional content as well as communicating the new and existing customers.

Main Requirements:

MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LUXURY FINE DINING RESTAURANT MARKETING (CENTRAL LONDON) IS A MUST.

Marketing Department Management:

— To build annual marketing calendar.
— Planning annual and monthly budgets.
— Budget control.
— Manage influencer & bloggers relationships and effective engagement, online and offline.
— Manage websites SEO.
— Report on a weekly performance level, the performance of all digital channels (KPI).
— To organize and carry out Marketing handover meetings once a week with front and back of house managers.
— To promote Restaurant in any way possible and to be part of the development team in setting up the premises. manage in house marketing.

Digital Marketing:

— Manage and update social networking websites such as Instagram and Facebook on regular basis, managing social media sites up for organic growth.
— Organization and launch of advertising campaigns
— Targeting (setup, startup)
— Maintaining social media customer relations, answering to messages on daily basis, engaging with clients online.
— To assist GM to build relationship with corporate clients (To manage and update Restaurant website regular basis)
— Work with feedback in social networks (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google, etc.)

Experience:

— Have a visual portfolio & cases with examples from previous marketing work.
— Understanding of trends, ability to apply them.
— Understanding of visual effects and knowledge how to make photo and video content.
— To prepare shot list and mood-board and assist photographer/videographer on photoshoot
— Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics.
— Ability to understand sales reports
— The ability to forecast sales
— Excellent knowledge of OpenTable, TripAdvisor and other sites related with restaurant marketing.
— To implement, manage and update promotions with FOH and kitchen staff
— Creative ideas for marketing
— To maintain and increase all databases
— To implement and manage internal and external marketing campaigns
— Be the first point of contact for PR company
— To prepare sales brochures and «packages» for targeted mail-outs
— To implement and manage PPC and social media Ads.
— To assist with pricing of events and monitoring competition
— Experience working with bloggers and Influencers
— To come up with ideas for internal and external events.
