  • Use weekly KPI and performance information to identify immediate visual merchandising opportunities and support sales growth.
  • Recommend commercially relevant opportunities to the line manager, balancing brand standards with sales performance.
  • Ensure visual merchandising activity supports wider business objectives and maximises the commercial potential of each store.

Store Partnership & Team Development

  • Build strong relationships with store management and teams to ensure consistent execution and maintenance of visual standards.
  • Partner with relevant teams to coordinate seasonal changeovers, launches and implementation timelines.
  • Support and motivate store teams in achieving visual and commercial expectations, encouraging a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Deliver training and guidance on visual merchandising principles, seasonal standards, product presentation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain regular communication with management teams, providing updates on upcoming activity, priorities, timelines and progress.

Planning & Execution

  • Lead or support the planning, preparation and delivery of seasonal installations and key visual projects.
  • Ensure all seasonal activity is planned effectively and implemented within agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor execution across stores and provide constructive feedback to the relevant teams and central office.
  • Stay informed of upcoming launches, campaigns and commercial priorities to ensure stores are fully prepared.
  • Maintain a consistent level of brand presentation across all areas of responsibility while adapting execution to individual store opportunities.
  • Undertake additional visual merchandising and brand presentation projects as required by the business.
