Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help showcase our products effectively while supporting sales initiatives through engaging interactions and insightful product knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries about products and services
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display, utilizing merchandising techniques
  • Support sales efforts through upselling relevant products and services to customers
  • Use SketchUp and CAD software or Adobe Creative Suite to assist with basic design presentations or layout adjustments
  • Communicate clearly with customers in English and Spanish, ensuring their needs are understood and met
  • Manage inventory levels, restock displays, and ensure the showroom remains tidy and inviting
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate appointments, product demonstrations, and special events

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is highly desirable
  • Multilingual skills, particularly fluency in English and Czech or Slovak, to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
  • Basic math skills for handling measurements, calculations, and transactions accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage displays, inventory, and customer appointments efficiently
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles to create attractive product presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
