Voted one of Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 and 2026!

Chisholm Hunter is one of the UK's multiple award-winning jewellers, supplying luxury jewellery and Swiss timepieces to our clients since 1857. We are a family run business, passionate about our exquisite products and are experts at delivering a high end, luxury customer experience which is 'A Cut Above'.

At the heart of everything we do are our HEART values - Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork. These guide the way we work with our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.

The Opportunity

Are you a forward-thinking creative who understands the intersection of luxury e-commerce, physical brand experience, and modern technology? We are seeking a talented Creative Brand Designer to join our Glasgow Support Centre and play a key role in shaping our visual identity.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. While digital asset creation remains important, you will help define the overarching aesthetic of a premium omnichannel jewellery and watch retailer. We are looking for someone motivated by growth, influence, and autonomy.

As our business continues to expand, including upcoming store launches at Westfield London and Canary Wharf, you will have a direct hand in shaping how our brand looks and feels across a rapidly growing, highly premium environment.

The Role

This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on variety and ownership. Your day-to-day will combine high-end digital asset creation with tangible, physical brand building across three key areas:

  • Digital & E-Commerce Creative
    - Create premium digital assets for our website, social media, and email channels, ensuring a consistent luxury aesthetic across every touchpoint. You will also identify and propose data-informed website enhancements that improve customer experience and support conversion, using clear visual concepts or mock-ups to bring ideas to life. You will be encouraged to use modern AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Brand & Physical Touchpoints - Take ownership of luxury packaging, visual merchandising displays, boutique collateral, and other physical brand materials, ensuring all outputs meet brand expectations and support our premium customer experience.
  • Creative Project Ownership - Develop compelling proposals for senior leadership and brand partners, and lead the visual direction of campaign photoshoots from concept through to execution. You will also support engaging campaign development and manage key internal directives to boutique teams.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio and relevant experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end e-commerce.
  • Highly proficient in industry-standard design and marketing tools, including Adobe, Figma, and Klaviyo, with a proactive approach to adopting AI tools.
  • Organised and confident managing physical projects, from sourcing premium display materials to coordinating external print suppliers.
  • Commercially aware and understand that great design should support engagement, conversion, brand consistency, and on-time campaign delivery.

Benefits :

  • Excellent career development opportunities and a clear development path
  • Accredited industry training and qualifications (fully-funded)
  • 29 days holiday per year
  • Company life assurance of three times your salary for all colleagues
  • Generous staff discounts
  • Colleague incentives (cash rewards, show tickets, overnight stays, and more)
