We provide therapeutic residential care for children with emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. We're looking for compassionate, resilient people who want to make a positive impact and support young people to achieve their potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children feel safe, supported and valued every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a warm, stable and nurturing home environment
  • Supporting children with daily routines, education and life skills
  • Building positive and trusting relationships
  • Managing challenging behaviours using therapeutic approaches
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals
  • Completing accurate records and reports
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times

  • Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals
  • Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins
  • Commitment to completing relevant qualifications and training
