UKISUG is the independent UK & Ireland SAP User Group, where community, collaboration and learning are at the heart of everything they do. Since 1988, UKISUG has built a thriving network of SAP professionals, customers and partners across the UK and Ireland. As a not-for-profit membership organisation, they help businesses maximise their SAP investment through events, training, resources and industry-leading networking opportunities. With over 200 online and face-to-face events each year, they are passionate about supporting their members and creating one vibrant SAP community.

They are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice who is eager to learn, full of creative ideas and highly organised in their approach to work. The ideal candidate will be creative, passionate about marketing and enthusiastic about developing new skills within a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team that encourages collaboration, development and fresh ideas, providing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.

Alongside practical workplace experience, the apprentice will complete their training with Baltic Apprenticeships through dedicated 2-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks, helping them build industry knowledge, develop key digital marketing skills and gain recognised qualifications.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Create written content for newsletters, blogs, emails and social media postings.
• Create (written) content for event promotions.
• Support the creation, scheduling and execution of content across multiple platforms..
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, board members, members and agencies to understand content needs.
• Assist with community management across social platforms.
• Collect testimonials and support events with creative content needs.
• Help produce digital and print marketing assets.

Full training and support will be povided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent written English, including strong grammar, punctuation and the ability to craft accurate, well-structured content across different formats and audiences.
• A passion for content creation and digital marketing.
• Creativity and awareness of current trends.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work proactively and independently.
• A desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

• £21,157-£24,784 per annum.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
