Work Pattern

AM 06:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday

Pay rate:
Basic £14.94 , Overtime £21.97 per hour, Overtime Double Pay Sunday £29.30

About Us:
Major Recruitment is collaborating with one of the world's leading logistics and warehousing specialists, and we are currently seeking experienced Reach Truck operators to join their dynamic team in Swadlincote.

FLT Driver- Experience is needed and a valid license is required, however fully paid training will be provided
As an FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating a reach truck or/and VNA to scan, move, and manage pallets efficiently.

- Conducting stock checks to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Loading and unloading trailers with precision and care.

Adhering to all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience as an FLT (Reach Truck) or VNA Driver is required.
  • In-date RTITB / ITSAR forklift license
  • Excellent knowledge of warehouse safety and operational procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
