Parkway Volkswagen has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our busy and expanding Bodyshop in Kettering.

The Role
As a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for delivering manufacturer-standard repairs while working efficiently within a fast-paced, professional Bodyshop.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest possible standard.
- Carry out colour matching, blending and refinishing using water-based paint systems.
- Mix paint accurately using manufacturer-approved paint schemes.
- Work safely with spray booths, drying equipment and associated Bodyshop tools.
- Complete repairs within allocated times whilst maintaining exceptional quality.
- Ensure all completed work meets Volkswagen manufacturer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work closely with the wider Bodyshop team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer.
- Strong knowledge of modern water-based paint systems and blending techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing a flawless finish.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
