The Role

We are seeking Early Years Practitioners who are committed, caring, and full of enthusiasm. Your role will be to create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where the children can explore, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s development through age-appropriate activities and experiences
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Plan, observe, and track each child’s progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the baby room
• Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to a positive and happy culture
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

You must have:

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for working with babies and young children
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong organisational skills and timekeeping
• A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to use initiative
• A happy, bubbly, team-oriented personality

Performance & Reward Structure – 5-Year Staff KPI Plan

We believe in recognising dedication and hard work. Our KPI-based annual bonus scheme rewards staff based on:

• Sickness – number of days absent per year
• Lateness – number of late arrivals for shifts
• Performance & Targets – achievement of role-specific goals, training completion, and absence of disciplinary records

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
