About the role
Join our Youth Justice Service and help create positive change for young people, victims and communities. You will lead the coordination of Referral Orders and restorative justice processes, ensuring young people are supported to take responsibility for their actions and make meaningful amends. The role also involves recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, organising Youth Offender Panels, and developing community-based reparation opportunities. Working closely with partners, victims and volunteers, you will play a key role in promoting rehabilitation, reducing reoffending and strengthening community involvement.

About you:
A recognised professional qualification relating to youth work, youth justice, social work, probation, police or health.
Demonstrate experience of working with children and families in a youth justice service setting.
A standard of literacy, numeracy and communication skills, at least equivalent to 2 A-levels A*– C grades.
Knowledge of the legislation, guidance, government policy and research governing the work of the Youth Justice Service and in particular that which relates to the administration of the Referral Order process.
