Support Worker

About Cygnet Nield House
Cygnet Nield House is a specialist mental health hospital for women in Crewe, Cheshire. The service supports women aged 18 and over and is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health care.
Clarion Ward
Clarion Ward is a 14-bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder, with or without co-morbid disordered eating.
Compton Ward
Compton Ward is a 15-bed acute service for women. The ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness who require an emergency admission.
At Nield House, you’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team helping women feel safe, respected and empowered as they work towards recovery, independence and improved wellbeing.

Your Day-to-Day
As a Support Worker at Cygnet Nield House, you’ll provide practical, emotional and therapeutic support to women with mental health needs.

- Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with service users
- Learning about each individual’s specific needs and supporting them in the most appropriate way
