Contract: 6 month fixed term contract

Shifts 2pm-10pm Sunday-Thursday
Shifts 2pm - 10pm Tuesday - Saturday
Seasalt is a modern Cornish company with an ambitious vision. With our customers at the heart of everything we do, we are committed to growing responsibly, and as part of that growth we have an opportunity for Warehouse Assistants to join us in our Distribution Centre situated on Cardrew Industrial Estate in Redruth, Cornwall.
As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be responsible for the efficient picking and packing of orders and replenishment requests while meeting targets and ensuring all warehouse activities are completed.
This role is integral to our business and ensures smooth operation of our Warehouse and that our customers receive their beautifully packaged garments on time.
You’ll help us by:
Assisting with unloading deliveries
Picking stock for despatch across all channels, working to agreed department targets and KPIs.
Checking picked stock to ensure accuracy before despatch.
Packing and despatching online orders accurately to support timely customer delivery.
Receiving, checking and systematically booking in stock.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Moving, organising, and condensing stock to maximise space and improve efficiency.
Maintaining a positive working environment.
Following all health and safety procedures and proactively identifying opportunities to maintain and strengthen safe working practices.
Keeping warehouse areas clean, tidy, and well organised.
Treating your colleagues, our product and working environment professionally and in line with our values.
Undertaking other reasonable tasks to support warehouse operations as required.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:
You’ll be motivated and eager to learn, using your excellent organisational skills to fulfil warehouse activities within a fast paced environment. You’ll confidently work towards deadlines and manage your workload effectively, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and reliability. An excellent team player, you’ll collaborate with your wider team and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
