Summary

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team at Endeavour Volvo Romford, this role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service and maintaining our high standards of vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct MOT testing to ensure vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.
  • Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out diagnostics and repairs.
  • Assist in heavy lifting tasks safely to support vehicle servicing.
  • Document service procedures and communicate findings clearly to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and safety regulations.

Qualifications: For this role you must have the following: -

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 may be considered)
  • MOT experience preferable but not essential
  • The ability to interpret and communicate technical information adequately
  • Take an innovative approach to achieving personal and shared goals
