junior front of house manager | part time

  • working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
  • nurturing a place where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up
  • mentoring your team and helping them grow
  • jumping into sections, solving problems, and keeping pace
  • thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen

  • are ready to run shifts, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team and coaching on the go
