Working Pattern: 4-day working week
Service Times: Dinner Tuesday–Saturday | Lunch Wednesday–Saturday
Closed: Sundays and Mondays

Join Our Front of House Team at Rogan & Co

Rogan & Co is our Michelin-star neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Cartmel, offering relaxed yet refined dining centred around exceptional home-grown ingredients and warm, genuine hospitality.

Proud to hold 1 Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes, we are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through outstanding food, thoughtful service and a welcoming team culture.

We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our front of house team. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality who enjoys working in a quality-led restaurant environment and wants to grow their career within an award-winning restaurant group.

You will play an important part in delivering polished and attentive service while supporting the wider team to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver warm, attentive and professional service throughout lunch and dinner service
  • Work closely with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Build strong knowledge of our menus, drinks and ingredients to confidently guide and engage guests
  • Support and mentor junior team members during service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant
  • Help create memorable guest experiences that reflect our Michelin-star standards of hospitality

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about food, drink and hospitality
  • Friendly, professional and confident with guests
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Committed to delivering consistently high standards of service
  • Motivated to learn, develop and build a career in quality hospitality

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience working in a quality-led restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Confidence working in a busy, service-focused setting
  • The ability to support and guide junior members of the team
  • Experience in Michelin, Rosette or similarly high-standard establishments would be an advantage, though not essential
