At Little Italy Restaurant, we believe great service is what transforms a meal into an unforgettable experience.

We’re looking for charismatic, energetic and detail-focused waiters and waitresses to join our vibrant front-of-house team. If you’re fast on your feet, naturally warm with guests, passionate about hospitality and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We want people with personality - team players who are confident, customer-focused and genuinely enjoy creating amazing guest experiences. A bubbly attitude, strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Multiple languages are a huge advantage, especially for Italian speakers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional, attentive and friendly service from start to finish
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and creating a memorable first impression
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house systems
  • Recommending dishes, wines, cocktails and specials with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Serving food and drinks quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Managing multiple tables in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
  • Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally and positively
  • Helping create a fun, energetic and positive atmosphere on every shift

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential
  • Fast, efficient and highly organised under pressure
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confident upselling food, drinks and specials
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Professional appearance and excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends and busy services
  • Italian-speaking or multilingual candidates strongly preferred

Role Details

Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
Hours: Approximately 16-48 hours per week

Shift Patterns Include:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required
