We are now seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Waiter to join our team.

The Role

As Senior Waiter, you will confidently lead your section, ensuring guests receive attentive, seamless service from arrival to departure. You will support junior team members, maintain high standards throughout the restaurant, and contribute positively to the guest experience and overall success of the operation.

You will be expected to:

  • Run a section with confidence, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
  • Demonstrate strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Support the training and development of junior staff
  • Maintain excellent presentation and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service
  • Build rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences
