Full job description

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and guest-focused Waiters/Waitress to join the Tramp Health team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service standards, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all members and guests in line with the Tramp brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, high-quality table service to members and guests
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and presentable at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised service experience
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all company policies, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Support team members during busy service periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or members’ club environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
