Salary: £13 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role

As a Bartender at Imperial Haus, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – creating elegant, expertly balanced cocktails and ensuring every visitor enjoys exceptional service in our stunning new setting.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends creativity, flair, and professionalism to deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional service to every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the Bar Supervisor and wider team in delivering smooth, efficient bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar at all times.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidence when recommending drinks.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with licensing laws.
• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and accurate record keeping.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain Imperial Haus’ exceptional standards of presentation, service, and style.
• Contribute creative ideas for new cocktails and seasonal menu changes.

About You

To succeed as a Bartender at Imperial Haus, you’ll need passion, energy, and an eye for detail. You’ll be confident behind the bar, love what you do, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

You will:

• Have previous experience as a bartender or cocktail maker, ideally in a premium or high-end venue.
• Be passionate about mixology and customer experience.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift.
• Work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Show creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for hospitality.
