What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar busy restaurant environment – you’ll need to hit the ground running!
• Confident, personable, and professional with excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and a positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
