Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Servers and bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and uphold the highest standards in our American-style sports restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  • Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
  • Process payments using POS systems (cash, credit, etc.)
  • Clear and reset tables between guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
